High efficiency, Four digit LED display, typical operating current, 35 ma.

Manually operated "Sleep Mode" reduces current when display not needed.

100 kHz to 40 MHz range, 100 Hz resolution.

High impedance j-fet input signal buffer.

50 mv to 2 V p-p input level.

"Display shift" allows viewing MHz digits or just kHz digits. (40.00 MHz) or (999.9 kHz)

Easy programmable IF Offset for use as direct reading "Digital Dial". Can handle +/- or reverse tuning VFO/IF combinations. (Use counter to measure BFO frequency and store into EEPROM memory)

"Crystal Match" mode. Allows sorting crystals for IF filters to with-in 10 Hz of each other. A "sample" crystal is used as a reference to zero the frequency reading. Subsequent reading will be displayed in +/- 10 Hz increments from this reference zero frequency.

Good "first time" project for working with SMT parts.
